House wrap is also called wall wrap,roof sarking,vapour barrier,sisalation,it is made of Aluminum foil laminated woven fabric which is a composite building protective material.

It usually consists of the following three layers of structure:

Central layer: A layer of high-strength fiberglass or polymer woven mesh that provides excellent tensile strength and tear resistance.

Inner and outer layers: A highly reflective aluminum foil layer is laminated on both sides of the woven mesh using a laminating process.

1, As a roof lining (Roof Sarking)

The roof lining is a critical layer installed beneath roof tiles, metal sheets, or other roofing materials, and above roof trusses or rafters.

  • Main functions:

Radiant Barrier: This is its core advantage. The aluminum foil layer can effectively reflect up to 97% of radiant heat.
