Our High Temp Retort PE/ALU Laminated Foil is developed for Chilean and Norwegian salmon bags, where high-temperature retort tolerance and seafood freshness must be handled together. The PE/ALU laminated structure combines a heat-sealable PE inner layer with a barrier aluminum core, allowing the pouch to withstand retort sterilization without delamination, leaking, or seal failure. The aluminum layer blocks oxygen, moisture, and light, helping preserve salmon color, texture, and natural oils during long shelf life and cold-chain distribution. The film is food-contact safe and suitable for retort pouches, vacuum bags, and skin-pack formats used by seafood processors, exporters, and private label brands.
